Transferring knowledge and building capacities

The UIL Scholarship Programme aims to reinforce the links between research, policy and practice in lifelong learning.

The UIL Scholarship Programme supports capacity-development in two main areas:

For a period of one month, scholars share experiences and expertise with UIL staff and have access to the unique resources at the UIL Library. Their research supports educational developments in Member States in the form of draft policies, programme tools and research papers that can be shared with decision-makers upon their return to their home countries.
